The owner and Founder Andrew Golub has been involved with Mechancal Contracting work since 1986. His motto is: "Always Follow Architectural and Engineering Details and specifications." This ensures the job will finish with the highest quality. Architectural and Engineer's Details and Specifications are the "road map" for a competent contractor. The details and specifications ensure compliance with Local Code, and when followed will deliver the highest level of quality construction. Even during minor repairs and replacement work, when the Licensed designer is not usually required, the contractor should still consult details for a proper work product. We do all our repair and renovation work according to a time tested specification or detail. Quality Control and Safety are our top
